Topsail Dreamscapes & New River Cabinets and Design Giveaway Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By participating in the Topsail Dreamscapes & New River Cabinets and Design Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Topsail Dreamscapes or New River Cabinets and Design, their family members, and anyone residing in the same household are ineligible to participate. Additionally, friends and family members of any Topsail Dreamscapes or New River Cabinets and Design employees are not permitted to enter.

2. Entry Period:
   The giveaway begins on September 21, 2024 and ends on November 3, 2024. All entries must be submitted by November 3rd at 11AM EST.

3. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must purchase a ticket valued at either $10, $25, or $40. Each ticket purchase allows one entry into the giveaway. The more tickets you purchase, the greater your chances of winning. Tickets can be purchased above or at Topsail Island Brewing in Sneads Ferry, NC.

4. Prize Description:
   The giveaway prize is an Outdoor Firepit from Stoll Industries, with a matte black finish (subject to availability). Stoll Industries is not a participant or sponsor of this giveaway. The prize does not include a propane tank, which must be supplied by the winner.

5. Prize Specifications:
   The firepit has dimensions of 36 inches wide by 36 inches deep and 24 inches high.

6. Winner Selection:
   A random drawing will be held on November 3rd, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via Email or Phone Call.

7. Prize Pick-Up:
   The winner is responsible for picking up the firepit from New River Cabinets and Design. Shipping or delivery is not available, and the winner must arrange for pick-up at their own expense.

8. Ticket Prices and Limits:
   Ticket prices are as follows:

   • $10 for one entry

   • $25 for one entry + merchandise of participants choice

   • $40 for five entries
     There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant can purchase. The information provided at check out will be what is entered into the giveaway pool including email address and/or phone number.

9. Publicity:
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions:
    Topsail Dreamscapes and New River Cabinets and Design reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time, including due to technical failures, fraud, or other issues beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability:
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Stoll Industries, Topsail Dreamscapes, New River Cabinets and Design, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
